Shipping Policy

I always ship USPS First class or Priority mail, other methods can be used at special request from buyer (there may be additional fees). Please private message me if other forms of delivery will need to be used.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I do not accept cancellations if payments has already been made

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Returns and Exchange Details

Please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way, and I will do my best to fix the situation! 

 

As long as the item is still in LIKE-NEW condition, I can do full refunds for any non-custom items. 

 

 If a product is damaged, I will happily replace the damaged item as quickly as possible. If it is damaged, I would simply ask that you send me a photo of the damaged parts...in some cases, I may ask you to send it back so that I can fix it and sell it in the future. 

 

Custom items: Unfortunately, all custom items are one of a kind and cannot be refunded.  I can consider partial refunds with the return of the product - it just depends on whether or not I can re-sell it, or re-work it to resell it.
